street vendors who mostly sell vegetables, fruits and random things have increased in number (mostly to cater to people who are afraid to go to markets and big shops). I would say it's a fair game, EXCEPT, all of them have a mini loudspeaker attached to their carts or scooters. These loudspeakers get pretty darn loud decibel levels are higher. Every morning from 6 am to 11 am my road is filled with these announcements from street vendors (some keep playing it in a loop) and this goes on for effing 3-4 hours without a break.

Due to reasons beyond my control, I am only able to sleep pretty late at night sometime after the night shift and these loudspeakers have drastically reduced my sleep quality to the point where I feel tired all day and also to work the next night

What exactly is my recourse here? I can't even register a complaint to my local police station. online classes and online meetings getting disturbed. 

I understand that these guys are trying to make a living and I don't want to condemn it, but using loudspeakers relentlessly every single day and doing it on repeat is a big nuisance.
