Bizarre though. BBC said in defence of its actions the briefings could be deemed political. Now it intends to involve other political party views to the briefing - making it political.

Now is a time when there may be slight changes to the advice or instructions that could be missed. The daily briefing iis addressed to everyone in Scotland irrespective of politics.

It is so ridiculous for the people of Scotland not get their daily briefing from their own first minister because another party doesn't like it.

TV is the best medium to keep everyone fully aware of Covid developments, especially for the elderly who are most at risk and less likely to use the Internet / social media.

The BBC have no right to pull the plug on the First Minister’s daily briefing. It keeps us informed and focused.
