The past couple of years BBC Scotland's Hogmanay show has been lacking in both Scottish traditional and contemporary music and culture and bears no resemblance to anything representing a "Scottish New Year Celebration" Scottish music and culture are something that the whole country are proud of and the BBC Scotland should have a public duty to promote and nurture Scottish culture.
