Andy West was right in criticizing the BBC, our sporting heroes have to be not just champions in their field but role models to the next generation which is why Gary Lineker hosts Match of the day and not Ryan Giggs, it's not good enough just to be the best at sport but to be the best as a human being too as seen in previous winners. Tyson Fury embodies what is wrong in sportsmanlike behavior and should not be considered for this award.
Meanwhile a man standing up for his beliefs is punished, very unsporting behaviour by the Beeb.
