As the BBC now needs to start the search for a new "Doctor", we petition for the actor, Howard Karloff, known for his roles as the clerk in ITV's "Oliver Twist" and as the cab driver in "Bring Me The Head of Mavis Davis" to be brought out of retirement and awarded the "new" lead role in the television series "Dr Who"
