Cast Fady Elsayed as The Doctor in Doctor Who. Here is why it would be a good idea:
- He's a big fan and would love to play the Doctor
- He already has experience with the franchise and the fandom from appearing in the spin-off Class and doing multiple conventions (plus those scenes he recorded for Series 7 that y'all had to scrap because of reshoots, but let's not get into that!!).
- Having a person of colour p;ay the Doctor would be an important step forward.
- He's very attractive, which would win over the female/gay audience.
- He's going to be in Gangs of London series 2 next year, which is bound to increase his profile a great deal.
- He's close friends with Rapper/Actress Little Simz, and also good friends with former companion Katy Manning, having them on the show could be fun/good publicity?
- He's poular in Egypt, might make the show more popular there?
