Wheelchair-bound citizens cannot access buildings and get the same tax breaks as able-bodied people in urban enterprise zones. Disabled vets and other sick, dying and disabled citizens can’t get into coffee shops, pharmacies, doctors offices, and many other businesses. We may all wind up in wheelchairs one day and these towns like Bayonne are not equipped for the disabled to access their goods and services. We want the Bayonne town council to agree to pay 50% of the cost of a wheelchair ramp for any business that wants a ramp
