Churches in the community have started opening up their services as IATF has started winding down. Since June last year, you just opened one service and the Vesper never followed suit.  While we patiently waited for the service to be opened, we feel that the divine service isn't safe for us to attend as you tend to fill it up to the balcony. Next is that the divine service format isn't suitable to our spiritual needs. 

We've seen other attendees in our community attending different congregations and we feel loosing them for good. We don't want this to happen so we demand for an immediate opening of the vesper service.

Your reason for holding the opening of the service for health reason is a violation of your own rule. Most of your divine service attendees, if not all, are retirees aged 60 and above and filling it more to the balcony is making a serious breach in protocols.

This is a call to those against opening the vesper service in the Administrative Council. You are deviating to the direction of the bishop and the conference. You are holding the service hostage over your selfish agenda. 

The worst part is that none of you are not even attending the vesper service and you conveniently closed it on your own intuition. Not a real consultation was even made to the community.
