Please help us save our community centre. The Municipality of Bayham has announced that they are planning on selling the Vienna Community Centre in order to help fund 2 million dollars in improvements to the Straffordville Community Centre, making it the only one in Bayham for people to attend.

This will be the second rebuild to the Straffordville Community Centre which houses the municipal offices. We need to save the Vienna Community Centre as there are many young families in Vienna and area that utilize the Center and the spacious green area and play ground.

What’s even worse is many years ago the previous Reeve of Vienna sacrificed his wages to provide this for Vienna, along with many donations from the Vienna Lions and Lionesses.

Please sign and share this petition to show Council that they cannot unilaterally make this decision without consulting the citizens that utilize the Community Centre.
