I work with animals in a no kill rescue. Marley's reactions are normal...we would merely have the parents remove the dog from situations (seems like often with children) to avoid these problems

Politicians and law enforcement can't pick and choose which laws to enforce. The dog was doing exactly what they r supposed to do. Any dog is dangerous if they think their best friend is in danger and the laws definitely need to change for any animal who has been exposed to war. This is ridiculous...poor Marley �
