Hi, our names are Jason and Rachel Lambert. We live in Battlewood Estates on Shenandoah Trail. We have purchased a new home that is having to go through the county sewer department based on some building codes and have run into some issues with our soil not perking for an updated septic system.

We  looked into joining Cartwright Creek for a sewer provider and have found that they were bought out by a larger company and their Tennessee branch is called Limestone Water.

It began a much bigger look into whether or not Limestone  Water would be interested in coming and running sewer to both Battlewood Estates and Grassland Estates.

We are now trying to determine interest in getting Sewer run thru Battlewood Estates & Grassland Estates.

Our country representative, Barb Sturgeon, wants to have a large number of signatures from the residents to take to a meeting with the county mayor, TDEC, and Limestone Water (the new owners of Cartwright Creek Utilities).

This is not a commitment to actually put in sewer it’s just a petition to figure out how much interest there is in this in a long-term solution for our neighborhoods.
