We ,the parents would like to petition for Basis NorthEast to obtain a Parent Teacher Association (PTA) which is a partnership between parents and educators who will strive to enhance student learning and enrich the lives of the students within the school. It is also a forum for parents to obtain knowledge and voice their opinions about what is happening in their school. This will also allow for more administrative support for the parents , children and teachers of the Basis NorthEast Community when trying to figure out the best way to get quarantined children back on track. As well as optimize learning via Spork by addressing concerns and properly training parents. Allowing everyone both in school and at home to take accountability and properly support the Basis NorthEast family in its entirety!
