Discontinue the use of Schoology and change LMS in the Basis Independent school network for the following reasons:
- frequent Unavailability - Schoology is constantly down and unable to use, disabling our chance at improving our grades.
- inconvenience - self explanatory, bad UI
- very buggy - does not record answers, changes up answers
- restrictive - it is really difficult to get anything done
