A a tragic accident cut short the promising life of Sarah Rose Crimmins on 11th of November last year, she was only sixteen. Her family would like an ongoing memorial in her name. Their request to place a simple plaque along the hand rail at Ocean Grove main beach has been denied. Graham and his family are asking for the community of Ocean Grove and The Bellarine to get behind their request for a small plaque to remember Sarah.
We ask that the Barwon Coast Committee of Management review their request for a simple plaque in memory of Sarah. Giving the family a place to remember and to reflect about Sarah and her all too brief life. Please show some compassion for Sarah and the community that misses her.
