We as a community are facing a new kind of Getsapo in our city. An Entity who has planned an Unethical Unconstitutional Infringement on our rights.Every landlord and renter of a home or apartment in Barstow will soon face a mandatory "inspection program".That in essence mean local and county enforcement agencies legal power to enter a residence without a search warrant or I felt there is suspicion of a crime.However this excludes hotels, motels, dorms and healthcare facilities.So there is a pecking order to who is excluded from this intrusive unconstitutional mandate search of ones dwelling. This program mandate is to take place January 1,2022 while most landlords and tenants are completely unaware of this program. This is a total violation of our constitutional rights our protection against unreasonable search and seizure an invasion on our privacy absolutely an unethical overreach of Chris Heldrith the spearhead of this mandate our city's building and safety department director and fire marshal a Gestapo that needs to be stopped. It is time to take a stand against people we  put in charge of our community.We The People need to Make the decisions we the people are the majority that need to stop such mandates and unethical policies.
