We’re in a situation where our Manager Daniel Stendel is being forced out of Barnsley FC, I and many others personally think that none of it is his fault at all. He asked in the summer to sign “Experienced heads” to help our youth talent, the current board didn’t back him at all. So far this season it’s been Men Vs Kids unfortunately. This is down to our new owners and CEO stripping us of everything good asset we had. The treatment Stendel has had to put up with is disgraceful and it makes no wonder the poor bloke wants to walk away and focus on his future. 

Since arriving at Barnsley he’s brought one of the best playing styles I’ve ever seen down at Oakwell, from what we had with Jose Morias he sure did apply a new footballing philosophy at Barnsley FC. 

Our current record in the championship is no way near up to standard but you can’t put the blame on Stendel when he’s been left with the squad he has to work with, the players simply aren’t good enough. We need more depth and experience to help these kids progress.
