Nutsa Beradze has been a lifeguard at the Barnes Center for 3 semester. During the past year and a half, she has become a key member at our pool. She is responsible, friendly, professional, and a team player. This Fall, Nutsa applied for the role of Aquatics Supervisor. After interviewing, creating a presentation, and review, she was not chosen. This decision was not based on her character and her work ethic.Every member of our team knows, if there is a shift you need covered, she will try her best to be there. If we are down a guard, Nutsa will stay past her shift time to help cover. This petition is from all of us, lifeguards and supervisors, who work along side Nutsa who believe that she would be a great addition to the supervisor team at our pool. By signing this we hope that this decision can be re-examined and she is given the chance she deserves to prove herself as a supervisor. Justice for Nutsa.
