Stratford is a charming town with a lot of history. Do not destroy that with cheaply built overpriced apartments. End the overdevelopment and congestion that kills small towns. Tell these developers to take a hike.

I am signing because I believe history and progress can mix. I believe the mix of history and future projects are essential for the well being of communities in all towns and cities everywhere. This home looks like it has great bones and a story to tell. Please, keep this building. Thank you.

My MIL volunteered in The Golden Rooster Shop
supporting Christ Church for more than 30 years! It is a beautiful house and should be preserved for Stratford!

as a lifelong Stratford resident I'm glad Barbara has brought this fight forward to the Zoning commission this town has to stop destroying it's past history and stop with over building the town and ruining historic main street and the older houses in the town
