Now, that the first woman will be on a bank note, one hopes that nobody will remover her... Women are still 50% of Canada's population, so let's hope this is only a beginning.

I'm signing because as a feminist this is a problem. I'm not saying that we have to get rid of all the men on the bills but women like the famous five deserve to be recognized

It is appalling that Canadian women, 52% of the population, are not represented on our bills. We have at least 5 paper/plastic bills....3 of which should figure women. We have many Caucasian, First Nations, and famous women of colour to choose from. Demonstrate equality in every fibre of our lives.

I greatly support equality for the women and men of not only Canada but every other country as well. Prime Minister Trudeau has made great strides to show the world that this can be achieved. Our money travels to many places and it is a wonderful, visual way to show that Canadians believe in equality.

We want Edith Branch Pinet (1904-1999) on our Canadian money
Edith , was known in North Eastern NB as ,(La Garde Pinet)
She received the Order of Canada
and L'Ordre de la Pleiades
she delivered Thousands of babies in the North Eastern part of New Brunswick
She need to be remembered as she was one of the great Ladies on Canada
