It's  a humble request to BANGALORE  UNIVERSITY and UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION to conduct exams in online mode

As we all are aware of the current pandemic situation and the number of cases are increasing day by day, it us absolutely not safe conducting offline exams of UG students. Students from other states also have to travel for answering the offline exams which is not safe. Also there is stress  ,depression and anxiety among university students. BENGALURU: Students from various institutes are questioning the government over the sudden increase in suicides among their peers.

Students were experiencing heightened depression and anxiety. Around 15% of the students reportedly had moderately severe depression, whereas 18.1% were severely suffering from anxiety. Mental health of the students is badly affected. Multiple stressors were identified that contributed to the increased levels of stress, anxiety, and depressive thoughts among students. These included fear and worry about their own health and of their loved ones

If something happens with the students ,it is their loss,  the college authorities aren't going to take any charge. And as far the fee is concerned, every university and college is taking full fee. 

So we kindly request to conduct online exams. As our safety is also important
