In these difficult times, our world may face a third world war. Therefore, it is important to take the necessary measures to reduce the risk of mass destruction of people. In this regard, we strongly recommend that the authorities take measures to prohibit the design, development and use of weapons of mass destruction based on combinations of radiation, biological and chemical agents, since they can kill many more people than the individual agents included in them.

Synergistic combinations of radiation, biological and chemical agents are known to kill animals more effectively than single agents. In particular, combinations of pro-apoptotic/anti-cancer drugs with viruses, DNA/RNA/protein damaging agents, or radiation kill healthy cells and small animals, while the individual components may be harmless. At the same time, it is necessary to continue research on the effect of such combinations on cancer, since they can locally destroy areas affected by disease. Thus, the design, development and use of such combinations should be encouraged for the treatment of human diseases and banned for use in weapons of mass destruction.
