The President of the Russian Federation (hereinafter, Russia) Vladimir Putin has ordered to attack the Sovereign and Independent Ukraine on or about February 24, 2022.

Besides 'high - precision weapons', the Russian military troops have used the restricted cluster munitions and vacuum bombs. In the result, numerous civilians have been killed and civilian infrastructure have been completely destroyed such as the schools, hospitals, living neighborhoods, etc.

Any places, occupied by the Russian military troops in the result of bombing, killing civilians in Ukraine, have been marked with the national flag of Russia.

We are the people of the world consider this Russian attack is not only against Ukraine but Europe, the United States, and all Western Wing of the World. 

Nowadays, our civilization faces the similar issues when the Nazi Germany leaded by Hitler had started its invasion in the same continent around 80 years ago. 

In the matter of eliminating any possibility of the World War Three and showing Russia our condemnation and resistance, we respectfully ask the United Nations to ban national flag of Russia as a sign of racism and murders.
