I have a child who I signed up for Football with MIFA in Mississauga and yes I signed the contract as no refunds. Due to unforeseen medical circumstances I had to remove him from playing. The season hadn't started and I went to the program owner and executives and asked for a refund. They refused stating they don't even give them if someone gets injured playing. This program hadn't even started yet. No games not 1 practice. No jerseys handed out nothing. We need this to not be allowed and ban no refund on paid programs prior to it even starting. It's unfair to people especially in unforeseen circumstances.
