You are going about your day when BOOM facebook slaps a ban on you for something you posted 4 years ago.

Not only is this absolutely ridiculous, but totally pointless!  

Historic posts should not have any actions made on them, other than automatic deletion if they have such an issue with them.  They should not be imposing penalties on our personal or business profiles, pages or groups.

Facebook should only be able to act on posts dated within the last 6 months.

Bearing in mind that posts older than a certain time aren't even organically reaching anyone anymore, it is an absolutely pointless exercise.
