I've noticed a massive increase in ads for collectable figurines known as "golly" dolls or golliwogs, which are racist caricatures from the 1900s. They show black and brown characters as poor, ugly, and dumb and should not be allowed under social media ads or sold via Facebook marketplace. Allowing them a platform pushes racist stereotypes and creates an unsafe environment for users. This goes against the legal requirements to protect from discrimination or hate speech and violates Facebook terms and conditions.
