Edgenuity is a school program that has been put in place for accelerated students. Though it was intended as a solution to the problem of limited space and teachers, it fails to improve student education. The app lacks motivation, and the fact that every lesson is taught by mandatory videos makes it monotonous, which in turn creates gaps in our education. Students who are not motivated to learn (almost all of us) won't be able to reach a satisfactory level of knowledge. For these reasons, and many more, I feel that Edgenuity should be stopped.
