The ACOG’s Annual Meeting is happening right now -- let’s make sure they hear our voices!

Thank you so much for your support of my campaign. The ACOG’s annual meeting started this morning, and I want to make sure that they understand how crucial it is that they change their position on labiaplasty for minors. It is a form of FGM and we must ensure that it is not supported by medical professionals. Please use this link to share your support on social media: http://ctt.ec/hfeNb. The U.S. law banning female genital mutilation is very clear -- and this procedure obviously violates it. Medical professionals take an oath to “do no harm” and it is essential that they take a strong stance against the horrors of FGM. If organizations like the ACOG make it clear that irreversible cosmetic procedures like this are indeed a form of FGM, we can help to end it. Please join me by adding your voice on Twitter today during the ACOG Annual Meeting: http://ctt.ec/hfeNb This is our chance to have our voices heard. Together we will not be silenced. Thank you, Jaha
