My dog has been damaged by running through fields and getting caught in barbed wire. Recently our three dogs jumped into a river the current was very strong they got swept away quickly - my son and I had to climb through barbed wire to get to the river. My son was injured by the wire but he saved the dogs. I have scars as a child a long time ago from this wire. This is so unnecessary we should have plain wire - why would anyone want to harm humans or animals.
