The Balgowan Clifftop Kiosk has not operated for several years, this has been a concern to the Balgowan community, both permanent residents and property owners alike. The kiosk is placed in a prime position both upon entering the township of Balgowan and as a central focal point for access to the beach, caravan park and other amenities of the township. The kiosk is public space for the benefit of the community and must remain so. 

The Balgowan community cares about keeping the kiosk as an ongoing asset for the community. 

The signatories to this petition support the proposal for the Balgowan Clifftop Kiosk Community Cooperative to lease the kiosk and retain it as a venue run by and for the benefit of the Balgowan community and people who visit the town.
