(Varsity coach) Bailey Church,causes mental ,emotional and imbalance stress, on her team and others in volleyball.Poor leadership and performance and no experience cause,  poor performance in the team and individuals.  Her intimidation  and bullying her team and others on a regular basis, at practice and games. Threatening players with severe consequences to maintain her power and control over the team ,shouldn't be tolerated. She's more negative than positive in her communications with players.She has no experience, she talks at her players and not to her players, causing confusion and mayhem. Coach Church doesn't make it her priority to improve the craft of the volleyball players ,doesn't value personal or professional development. She's quick to blame others for their lack of success instead of looking within herself to make changes. She refuses to learn ,grow and involve herself with the team. Some or most of our players depend on volleyball for a scholarship to get into college She does not take heed to that ,she ignores it therefore, I feel she has no connection with any of the players on all the teams. Coach Church lacks, compassion and empathy for our players on the volleyball team and needs to be removed from this position. I believe other parents and observers have observed her performance and also agree.
