To Whom it May Concern:

We the undersigned dispute the allowance of R2 housing for the Badger Creek Rezoning.

We believe that by allowing R2 housing around our neighborhoods:

-Our home values will decrease

-Our schools which are all ready significantly crowded will become extraordinarily crowded

-The already crowded traffic condition will become worse

-High rise apartment buildings would impact scenery

We ask the commissioners to reconsider this move and keep Badger Creek as R1 housing.
