Hello my name is lavelle holley and im the voice to all people of this nation concerning background checks when u apply for housing when u apply for jobs or of any sorts containing background checks. Many people ask why won't u hire me most employers when they deny or getting ready to they send out an pre adverse action letter to the candidate stating why they are not being considered (background found some negative stuff on your background which out u at risk for hire . I know alot of people make mistakes either do they time rehab and so etc and they are looking to go a straight narrow but then they go apply oh what comes next is a background check thats when people start losing hope cause they know thats what gone get denied for everyone deserves a chance specially if they crime was 10 15 20 years ago .i rather see the people of the united states or any countries treated fairly when it comes to applying for a job a home etc and not be downgraded because other people of the community dont think they will be a great fit cause of they background thats judging someones character now I understand the whole i dont want him in this company thing cause whats on his background but who are u to judge the only person thats allowed to judge is god so with that being said do away with the background checks everyone deserves a chance no matter what u did in life it starts by helping one another thats why u see the world today black on black crimes all racist attacking eachother why ? Because people like to assume the worst and instead if problem solving thank u for this time
