This is a problem in today and future society with the issue of single father parenting, disability of other care givers, and even homosexual parenting. This came to my attention when me and my family were out for dinner and it came across, as my mom was going to have my step-dad change the babies diaper, that instead she might need to take him because the mens bathrooms tend to no have baby changing tables.
