A significant number of homeowners at Babcock Ranch pay HOA fees for lawn maintenance. The contracted company (BrightView) continues, year-after-year, to deliver subpar services. Weeds are out of control and lawns continue to look horrible.

The homeowners petition for BrightView to be replaced IMMEDIATELY or for all HOA fees (allocated specifically to lawn maintenance) be reimbursed back to the homeowners.
