It has recently started that ward 7 only in the Ba-Phalaborwa region gets load shedding upto 12hours a day at times. School kids and workers sleep and wake up without power. How do we as parents prepare for our kids to go to school and parents for work? And why is it only a certain ward and not the entire town. Even when there is no National loadshedding, ward 7 gets power cut off. As I am typing this petition, power has been off since yesterday at 5pm, it is 8am now and there's still no electricity. The ward councilor who is doing nothing about this situation needs to fix this problem for the sake of our kids going to school, being in the dark calls for house breakings and theft and also food is expensive for it to rot while in the refrigerators but without electricity.
