Because I’m sick to death of developers ruining our beautiful suburbs! Less development more common sense!

we need to preserve our heritage. Surely a canny buyer will see the opportunities such a beautiful home offers?

Robin Boyd’s modernist residential architecture was embedded in Australian conditions and landscape using light and space to enhance our living compared to much current residential architecture which ignores and rides rough shod over any sense of place or streetscape or environmental conditions. To destroy this Boyd house would be another act of vandalism so frequent in planning decisions.

It’s important to keep iconic homes. Don’t be like Potomac or Bethesda Maryland where classic older homes are turned into “McMansions” on prime real estate. Usually the person who does this only does it to make money, doesn’t even live in the new monster home for very long, if at all. My mother’s house in Bethesda is now a hideous thing.
