Stop imposing lab manual writing

Stop imposing lab manual writing
Why this petition matters
1. Many of the students have not bought the manuals yet as lock down has been imposed on the next day itself.
2. Many hostelers have to leave the hostel due to implement of early lock down and it was not possible to take all necessary things(i.e. lab manuals) into account while living and the extension of this lock down was also uncertain.
3. Majority of us live in containment areas and stationary shops do not come under essential commodities hence they are closed for now. The use of graphs in experiments are essential to submit, doing the same in a piece of paper is also not possible as A4 sheets are also not available nor any notebook.
4. All of us had already done the lab activities, as per assigned by respective teacher and submitted either by Moodle or by mail in daily basis for all the laboratories whenever asked. Isn't it enough to proof the documentation for the lab activities?
5. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we cannot predict the post COVID era. So, in order to cope with unavoidable circumstances we all plan to indulge ourselves in cracking and preparing for the competitive exams such as CAT, GATE, GRE etc. and also we have placements within the upcoming months(keeping positive vibes on).
6. We also need to update the weekly report as per university order and hence we are facing an acute crisis in preparation of the competitive exams and placements. Speaking of University exams we are not yet sure when it is going to be conducted or will it be conducted at all. Such activities hamper the mental state of all of us.
7. Doing all these things are really impossible for some of us as everyone do not have proper Internet bandwidth in remote areas.
In order to keep all in a good mental strength we would request you to consider the above points into consideration. We as students are already doomed as the market crashed. Putting these into account we all are in great dilemma as all our lives are in stake. Please consider supporting us as we can't deal with such pressure both due to the outbreak and the works/assignments imposed on us.
