I and thousands of fans spent hours waiting in a virtual line for two days straight to get tickets to see Reckless Kelly and The Turnpike Troubadours to have AXS inform us that the show was sold out. But through resale we could buy a 49$ ticket for more than 600$ � anybody who resales a ticket less than 1 hour after tickets go on sale should lose their money and be banned from purchasing. We believe AXS is doing this intentionally and should be punished 

As fans of these artists we believe in a fair system that allows us to purchase tickets as a part of a system that penalizes scalping.

Red Rock and the city of Denver should hold AXS accountable and demand that they return all profits made from their scalping of these tickets and release any tickets they have on hold.
