AIRLINES PRICING AND COMPENSATION TO CUSTOMERS POLICY REGULATION .

WITH GROWTH IN AIR TRAVEL BY INDIAN PIBLIC IMMEDIATE REGULATION IS REQUIRED TO STOP UNFAIR PRACTICES BY AIRLINES. AIRLINES SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO IMMEDIATELY IMPLEMENT FOLLOWING PRACTICES FOR THE BENIFIT OF PUBLIC

1) TICKET PRICES SHOULD BE SAME FOR UPTO TWO WEEK ADVANCE BOOKING AND AFTER THAT MAXIMUM SHOULD BE TWICE OR EVERY SLAB 10% INCREASE SUBJECT TO MAX 100%. MINIMUM PRICE SHOULD BE CALCULATED WITH 75% CAPACITY BREAKEVEN.

2) FLIGHT DELAYED COMPENSATION .A) DELAY UPTO 2 HRS RS 3000 B)UPTO 4HRS 5000 C) BEYOND 4 HRS 10000 +REFUND OF FULL FARE.

3) FLIGHT CANCELLATION CHARGES. A) UPTO 5DAYS IN ADVANCE RS 300 B)BEYOND 5DAYS UPTO 1 DAY RS 1500 C)DATE OF TRAVEL UPTO 4 HRS RS 3000

4) DELAYED OR LOST LUGGAGE IT SHOULD BE AS PER RULES OF INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION

5) CANCELLATION OF FLIGHT.A) INFORM TO CUSTOMER 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE RS10000  COMPENSATION AND FULL REFUND B) INFORMATION BEYOND 2 DAYS COMPENSATION RS 20000 PLUS REFUND.

AIRLINES ARE CHARGING CUSTOMERS FOR ALL ACTIVITIES BEYOND THEIR CONTROL BUT FOR ANY FAULTS FROM AIRLINES SIDE NO CHARGES ARE PAID  AND NO COMPENSATION TO CUTOMERS FOR THEIR LOSSES. THIS WILL BRING REGULATIONS AND HEALTHY PRACTICES . CUTOMERS ARE AT PRESENT AT THE MERCY OF AIRLINES.
