In the state of Kentucky Texas Roadhouse servers only make 2.13 an hour and we basically live off of tips. 

A lot of the time large parties would come to enjoy themselves and run their server around and would refuse to tip even if the service is amazing. So due to this happening very often a lot of servers are now quitting and the work space is now understaffed.

Also being a server is a way for us to get paid for our work. And we’re not asking for much, we would want 20% percent gratuity but all we’re asking for is 15% gratuity on parties of 8 or more people. This would insure for servers not to worry if they’re going to receive a tip or not. Also when servers know this they will always give amazing service because they know that they’re guaranteed something in return for their work.

Please help out with this petition. We have ask our managers and the franchise owners to allow this and they don’t care to add it. Plus Texas Roadhouse is suppose to be one of the most generous company’s for their employees and every since the death of the CEO servers don’t feel appreciated anymore.
