Australians: speak up against animal-tested cosmetics by 8 August 2014!
Jul 25, 2014 — In 2013, the Australian Labor Party (ALP) made a commitment to run a national consultation on phasing out the importation, manufacture, sale and advertising of cosmetics or cosmetic ingredients tested on animals. ALP invites all Australians to participate in this consultation.
Written comments are due by Friday 8th August 2014 and any Australian can have their say!
You can structure your submission in any way you wish. It doesn’t have to be long or complex. Keep to key points that are important to you and, most importantly, keep your submission polite.
Everything you need can be found in a special page on the Choose Cruelty Free website: http://www.choosecrueltyfree.org.au/have-your-say/
From all of us at CCF, thank you for taking a few minutes to speak up for the thousands of animals that needlessly suffer in agony for the sake of beauty.
Warm wishes from Liz Jackson and the CCF Team.
