- Reduced sentences for those protecting and defending an innocent.
- Harsher punishment for paedophiles who are caught tampering with young children and infants who are unable to verbalise their situation to a parent or trusted adult.
- No criminal compensation for paedophiles!
- We don't have to put up with this as a general community. And we don't have to live with them either. Send them to a maxi prison for the remainder of their natural lives. Remove The Danger from the community entirely.
My current situation is as follows.
In 2016, I physically assaulted a paedophile with a baseball bat after he was caught tampering with a 14 month old that I used to babysit.
To my knowledge this paedophile is still within the community and 5 years later, I am being charged with seriously assaulting him. He now seeks criminal compensation and I could serve a prison sentence of between 5-8 years for the assault.
Our justice system is broken. When the rights of the paedophile exceed that of the victim and allows them to walk free without fear and free to commit repeat offences, there is a major issue with our Justice System.
I understand that I have committed an offence in the eyes of the law and I am happy to wear the punishment for the crime, however I will hold my head high in the process.
I understand the error of my ways. Before proper judicial process, it was the duty of Morally guided people to defend the weak, the innocent and those who are unable to defend themselves. Key words, PROPER JUDICIAL PROCESS.
Here are some more key words for you. HIGH RANKING AUSTRALIAN CARDINAL. That worked out well didn't it. He walked free and those who he molested are still as damaged as they ever were and feeling very hard done by. I know someone he molested personally. He struggles with life to this very day.
