This sector has slipped through the system. How can community access still be going when you cannot access the community . These people do not know personal space or about covering with their elbow when coughing and sneezing. These people will jot use hand sanitiser or wash their hands. This government are putting us at risk everyday and they don’t care. The only ppe we have is gloves and hand sanitiser it’s nit good enough. In residential care I do the same job as nurse so why don’t we have the same protection.

Families with disabilities already sacrifice so much, their needs must be considered and they must be supported, all are part of our community

My 2 boys have disabilities & all services that have been approved in our NDIA plan & previously in place have been ceased by service providers.
As my husband and I are both ‘essential workers’ we are at a loss how to turn up for our shifts as we now have. I support workers.
The change in routine and loss of activity is having a detrimental effect on the whole family
