Fairness in complaint to government organisations.

Fairness in complaint to government organisations.
When a person makes a complaint to a government organisation like police, Australia Post An Ombudsman a decision is made after the complaint and supporting evidence is supplied to the defendants but in most cases this is not reciprocated to the claimant. In most cases the claimant is not given access to any evidence or response that the defendant makes. This is a denial of natural justice as the claimant has no opportunity to rebuke or discredit anything the defendant submits.
the purpose of the petition is to change the rules so a decision can only be made using evidence that has been made available to both the defendant and the claimant with sufficient time for either to respond to the information supplied. Just like in a court case. This would help provide open and honest reviews of issues when organisations are judge and jury. And would give evidence if a coverup is being attempted. Everyone should have the right to know what is being said about them when their is issues with police post office or any other government organisations. We have freedom of information in this country but this doesn’t seem to apply to decisions made by government organisations.
