We have lost almost 2 years of the use of our passports. Which has been at a cost to all involved. We have paid for a service/ document in full for a described period of time. We have not received our promised entitlements. We need to be compensated or reimbursed our fees and costs, furthermore extensions could be facilitated to ease the burden. We have payed for a service and have had no opportunity to utilise our ability to travel freely to our near or far destinations. With this document we had the approval and ability to travel freely,  but that now has been stripped from all passport holders Australia wide. Show some compassion in these testing times as this issue just adds another burden to all Australians.
