Once elected , the members of Parliament consider they know whats best for us Voters  , which is not true, so we need to incorporate into the Federal & State Constitutions by a National Referendum , a True Democracy program called CIR (Citizens Initiate Referenda) run by a ONLINE VOTING WEBSITE, thus enabling us to Take Back Control  over the non Listening  members of Parliament. CIR works like this   all Government decisions  must be run through the Parliaments as Legislation, that approved Legislation cannot go forward for Assent (Signoff) and sits on the Order Table  until the Voters can exercise their Rights to Review all Legislation by the CIR online voting facility. The Voters can Approve, Amend or Reject any Legislation  and may also Initiate New Legislation on the Issues and Concerns not Listened to by the Parliaments.The Voters decision under CIR is mandatory on the Parliaments to Act on.Also included is the Right of Voters to institute provisions for Recall of a Member, a Government, a Parliament, and also in the future a elected (not appointed) Head of State, either the Governor-General or State Governors.
