CONSTITUTIONAL COMPLIANCE BY FEDERAL POLITICIANS AN OBLIGATION

As a citizen of Australia I don't accept our Federal Members of Parliament have a right to contest support or otherwise for an full audit of our Federal Members of Parliament to qualify compliance or otherwise with dual citizenship as prescribed by Section 44 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act.

In light of the recent dual citizenship fiasco which saw five federal Members of Parliament ruled ineligible: Barnaby Joyce, Fiona Nash, Larissa Waters, Scott Ludlam and Malcolm Roberts; Wednesday 1 November 2017 seeing the resignation of Senate President Stephen Parry and Tuesday 31 October 2017 seeing published comment by former Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce that there are "probably" other dual citizens sitting in parliament, I, as a citizen of Australia do not accept federal politicians have a right to decide or otherwise whether they support or will call for an audit of all Members of Parliament, as a matter of restoring some faith in our political process and governance it is our right to rally together and see enforced a compliance check assessing all Federal Members of Parliament compliance with dual citizenship provisions prescribed by Section 44 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act.
