Since COVID happened through out the world, Australia post is dependent on using it as an excuse for our very overdue parcels. I personally believe it’s a horrible setup that they have and I believe something needs to be done. 

Us Australians go day to day waiting and waiting for our deliveries and it’s beyond ridiculous now. We should not have our parcels sit in a facility for weeks at a time.

It’s time for a change! Parcels should not stay in a facility longer than a two day period. Australia post needs to train their workers in a better understanding on how to deliver parcels on time and stop using so many excuses for their own mishaps. 

Australia post has the power to do something about this, and make their customers happy! together we can make a change!
