Keep Mr Clelland at Braeview Academy

Mr S Clelland has been an RMPS teacher at Braeview Academy for a little over a year. He has helped and inspired many in the short time he has been at the school and is a beloved part of it.
Unfortunately, his contract is not permanent and currently he will be leaving at the end of term. He is one of the two RMPS teachers in the school but unfortunately due to health complications the other teacher has not been able to reliably take classes at no fault of her own. As a result of this Mr Clelland has become an important figure not only in the RMPS department but in the school as a whole.
There is a higher class currently consisting of 9 pupils that Mr Clelland will be covering until he has to leave at the end of term.
But what if the other teacher falls sick again? Asking a higher class (many which are doing a "crash higher") to go through the course with the possibility of not having a teacher is unfair and could very well sabotage their chances of success in the course and even their ability to apply to university.
Me and my fellow students would urge Audrey May and the Dundee City Council to diligently consider the catastrophic effects Mr Clelland not being in the school could have and their responsibility to do right by the school pupils of Dundee.
On behalf on the higher RMPS class of Braeview Academy,
