IKEA has signed a contract with Sylvia Park (Kiwi Property Group) to open an IKEA at Sylvia Park. 

If you know this area you would know that the motorway and infrastructure around Sylvia Park is incapable of handling the visitors to Sylvia Park and IKEA would put further pressure on the infrastructure and the adjoining roads and motorways.

We would prefer a more remote part of Auckland that can handle the amount of traffic this will create.
